VILLAGE WALK SHOPPING CENTER
Village Walk Retail is a $65 Million Dollar shopping center made up of over 300,000 square feet of big-box stores and multi-tenant pad buildings. DSCM, Inc. acted as the owner’s Construction Manager for the first two phases of ground up construction as well as the associated site work. DSCM managed two General Contractors, Two Architects, Civil Engineers, and Environmental Consultants. DSCM also acted as the liaison to the Tenants, coordinating turnovers and store openings. The shopping center is owned by Rancon Development and Arthur Pearlman and Associates.
PRELUDE TO EUROPA VILLAGE WINERY
Prelude to Europa was one of the more unique projects that DSCM was hired to construct. Consisting of two unique tasting rooms, with a common courtyard and vestibule. One tasting room was fashioned after a French Bistro, while the other was designed and built to mimic an underground cave. DSCM was also able to assist in designing and constructing a new cement infused base all-weather access road, that may one day become a standard for Wineries in the Temecula area.
Your Space Self Storage
DSCM, Inc. was hired as a General Contractor to construct a 61,000 sf Self Storage in the City of Norwalk. This project was a phased project, with a portion of the facility remaining operating throughout the construction. The Construction consisted of Concrete Tilt-up Buildings, Wood Framed Building, Steel, and Masonry Buildings. The project came in at $3.5 Million Dollars. DSCM also assisted in processing the entitlements through the City of Norwalk.

Robert “Bob” Di Stefano- Bob DiStefano is the President of the Corporation and brings 20 plus years of construction experience to DSCM, Inc. His experience ranges from working in the trades, to owning his own Framing Company, to being the General Superintendent for a number of other General Contractors. Bob has completed courses in Architectural Drafting, Project Scheduling, and Project Management. Bob has managed or supervised hundreds of projects ranging from small TI’s to 30+ acre Community Parks for the Irvine Company. Bob’s hands-on experience enables DSCM to confidently pursue all types of Site Work, Ground-Up and Tenant Improvements Construction.
